Practical Classics Restoration Show
20-22 March - NEC, Birmingham
The ideal event for restoration buffs seeking classic car restoration inspiration. The Practical Classics Show at the NEC Birmingham brings together more than 1000 suave vehicles, trade stands and restoration experts. From elegant Jaguar saloons to iconic Triumph TR6s, this show is one to watch out for.
Salon Privé London
16-18 April - Royal Hospital Chelsea
If you love luxury classics and high-end concours events, Salon Privé London is a must. Against the fancy backdrop of Chelsea’s Royal Hospital lawns, the show focuses on stunning displays, including Ferrari 250s, Aston Martin DB5s and Mercedes-Benz 300SLs, all curated as part of this stylish automotive festival.
Classic & Performance Car Spectacular
6-7 June - Knutsford
One of the UK’s largest classic car exhibitions, the Classic & Performance Car Spectacular at Tatton Park showcases over 2000 vehicles from classic Jaguars and MGs to classic BMWs and American muscle. More than 90 car clubs exhibit, with competitions, autojumbles and awards ceremonies lasting all weekend
Heveningham Hall Concours d’Élégance
27-28 June - Suffolk
For a glimpse at some truly beautiful cars, up close and in the flesh, Heveningham Hall Concours d’Élégance brings together around 50 of the world’s most pristine classic cars. Expect exquisitely restored classics from marques like Bentley, Rolls-Royce and Alfa Romeo displayed against the stunning backdrop of the Heveningham Hall estate.
Silverstone Festival
27-30 August - Silverstone, Northamptonshire
Hosted at the iconic Silverstone Circuit, Silverstone Festival is one of the UK’s biggest celebrations of classic motorsport. Expect a weekend jam-packed with historic Formula 1 cars, endurance racers and touring car legends. You’re likely to see machines such as a Jaguar XJ13 tribute, Ford Capri RS2600 and classic Lotus Formula 1 cars in action. Off track, there are car club displays featuring everything from the Porsche 911 Carrera RS to the Chevrolet Camaro Z28, making it a must-visit for performance enthusiasts.
Autumnal & Autojumble Highlights
The season continues into autumn, and the standout events include the International Autojumble at Beaulieu (12-13 September), Goodwood Revival (18-20 September) – a well-known favourite – and the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show at the NEC in November – arguably the biggest gathering of classic clubs in the world!
